Well I wasn't able to get a different angle with that particular P-51D,
but since I have a fondness for Warbird of WWII vintage I have this
shot of a different one from the Sacramento Capitol Airshow in 2010. As
you can clearly see I might have been able to claim four undercarriage
doors. The two which open towards the center, and one each on the
landing gear.

Savageduck-03 : Not sure what this is, but very nice graphics!

As I explained in another comments thread, it is an access door in a
galvanized metal feed silo. I also mentioned that some of that texture
was due to somebody using a shotgun and some other fire near by, and
that poor defenseless door was unable to get out of the line of fire.
