I recently purchased an 8x10 Polaroid processor with tray and film
holder. I am going to use this equipment to make Polaroid Image and
Emulsion Transfers. I thought that this NG might be one to provide some
answers to a few questions.

Since I have been doing 4x5 transfers for a year or so I am comfortable
with that process. How much different are 8x10s from 4x5s? Would a
larger brayer help?

How about filtration? I have a condenser enlarger and some Ilford
Cibachrome color printing filters. Can anyone suggest a good starting
point for filtration from their own experience? I will be using color
slides to projection print.

How about any special suggestions that your experience has taught you in
regards to using the processor and film holder. In other words what have
you learned that the books and manuals did not tell you? I have both of
Kathleen Thormond Carr's excellent books on this process but the info on
8x10 is limited.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
