Return it to the Post Office. The $25 is not worth fraudulently
cashing it or trying to make a statement for or against the
organization.


Actually the law says otherwise. It is a gift, and he can cash it if
he wants. Personally, I'd bet it is a counterfit that someone sends
out to cause trouble.


What "law" says that a misdirected money order is a "gift" to the
person who received it?
