interrupt handler? it ain't the 1980s anymore.
cursors have been done in hardware for *years*.
We used to call them sprites.
this isn't sprites.
Processor still has to respond to mouse actions. Interrupts still exist,
young'un ;-)
it needs to respond to clicks but not display and moving it.
