My name is Zero Dean. I recently relocated from Maryland to DC and in
doing so, gave up my home studio space.

I am currently looking into dedicated studio options in the Maryland,
DC, and northern Virginia area.

I wanted to know if there is any interest in establishing a studio
co-op in this area.

The idea would be to split space rental fees among photographers in
such a way that makes maintaining permanent studio space feasible and
affordable.

With enough interest, I'm hoping to get fees to below $150 per month.
Considering typical studio rental rates, this would be an excellent
deal.

Anyway, this post is just a general "feeler" to see if there's any
interest.
