This seems as good a place as any to ask about studio strobe systems.
I recently acquired a Speedotron C275-550 pack and 3 heads (really
bought it for the stands). Does anyone have a manual or instruction
sheet for this old pack? Or experience with it to relate how to work
it (that's much better than trial and error).

Contacted Speedotron and they suggested I send everything to them and
they would tell me what models I have, check out the equipment, etc.
Apparently they don't keep archives of material on older equipment as
they stated they had no manuals, etc. And also warned that if I just
plugged the set in without having them check it, it might go up in a
snap and flash of fire.

Have to contrast that with the response of Photogenic in similar
circumstances. They sent info on which heads to use with the system,
advised that one of the heads did not work with that pack, sent
photocopies of the original instructions, parts lists, etc. Gratis.
Of course they sent material on current systems, but with that type of
response, I'm more likely to stay with Photogenic.
