Yes, killfiles are great. The only problem is that some spammers and
worse use multiple email addresses. For instance, yesterday you were

You might want to set up a Hamster (freeware for Windows,
http://www.arcorhome.de/newshamster/tgl/). Bit of a learning curve to
set it up, once it's up and you see how the filters work it's easy to
filter on _any_ field including the body of the message and fields that
are unique to a particular provider. Can also filter by score. A lot
of morphing trolls can be filtered by their posting host.
