what web site can I download manual for this 300K 3in1 digital camera?

I both this camera at e-bay with one page manual, it doesn't help me much,
Most photos are blurry. Image Hd mode has been locked and I don't know how
to change it to Hi mode, need some help, any one out there?"thanks.
