I'll state a couple of things after reading that loooong post. I
always enjoy your commentary, a bit doomsayer for my tastes
never the less usually interesting.

Who pays you to spend so much time writing this stuff?

Lastly once the industry wheezes its last dieing breath as you
imply don't you think some small companies will pop up
to sell to the pros regardless of whether they buy film or digital.

I mean by your take on the industry its like saying Ford, Gm
Mercedes are going out of business tomorrow.
