Ilford Multigrade developer will give better results than Dektol/D72, it has a better dish life and is optimised for Multigrade papers, there can be colour shifts between grades with Dektol.

No pre-soak, normal agitation, once a minute, half strength stop bath or good water rinse, and an un-hardened fixer like Hypam or Ilford/Kodak Rapid fixer.

Ilford's Data is here and a far better starting...
