Is the Canon A460 a good camera?

The following web site rates the A460 as the best 5 megapixtel camera
and the best under $150. Can I rely on this rating? If not, what is
the best digital camera in this class? ...

issue, what camera in the $100 + range would you buy? Do you know of

your last sentence. I connect and download from my present Fuji
camera to my computer through a cable that plugs into the camera...
