wide angle convertor lenses options??

I bought one for my fixed-lens Olympus and it performs well enough, but I
would never consider putting one on an SLR.
But then, I don't know how horribly expensive wide-angle DSLR lenses are.

Firmware updates for DSLR

Olympus let you check when the camera is plugged in with the USB lead. You
run the software that came with it (Olympus Master in this case), select the
update option and it just gets on with...

Limit of sensor size in P&S cameras

I believe noise is a problem which increases in proportion to the size of
the sensor.

time much as a new 500CM (or whatever it's called now) and it still isn't
full-frame.

For example, all interviews must be taped, Nothing goes unrecorded and
there's no question of getting in...

Police photographs are invariably accepted by the defence (it's called
'admission'). There is never any question as to their authenticity and
photographers are never called to give evidence of such....

You can't readily take incident readings with a TTL meter. You can buy
diffusers to go over the lens, but it's rather inconvenient. A hand meter is
much handier.
