Wide Angle Lens Recommendation
Actually, if its just for the web, I second the stitched panorama
suggestion. Most stitching programs, including the one built into
Photoshop, should give you excellent results with any tripod....

Printing Photos
It would help to profile your monitor but if you are using an LCD panel you
will probably find prints are too dark because monitor profiling devices
cannot account for the insane brightness levels...

Capture NX: 1 vs 2
You can download a fully functional trial version and see for yourself.
For how I use NX, as a raw converter with images transferred to Photoshop
for finishing, I could see absolutely no advantage...

The Panasonic, I have one, supports only HD cards in sizes larger than 2gbs.
