I forget where the link is, but personal purchases over the internet are exempt
if they are under 200USD.

If you do ship, try to use the Post Office, as courier companies can impose
large customs fees on your buyers.

Keep in mind, the border is tighter now. Large purchases now require phone
numbers and even ID on customs forms.
