Photography - [SI] The long-awaited Round Three list

Hi folks! I have finally finalized the Round Three list and gotten
the positions and dates straightened out. While all of the "interested
parties" should have received this by direct e-mail, I'm also duplicating
it to the newsgroup, mostly to **** off the trolls. Sooner or later they'll
discover maturbation, but until then we have to keep them amused.

I believe the dates are all correct, but feel free to pounce on it if
I'm wrong. And I apologize for how this displays in anyone's newsreader -
it's kinda hard to figure tab stops across the board...
