2 GB Sony Memory Stick Duo
 

I want to buy a 2 GB Memory Stick Pro Duo for my Sony DSC w7
7.2megapixel camera.

There are basically 2 types of these sticks 1 is "high speed" (80mbps)

and the other is normal speed (15mbps). They say this is read/write
speed or something.


Now the basis of my question is - Does the high speed improve the
performance of my camera or is it simply the transfer rate from the
memory stick to my computer?
