Is there any Windows XP freeware application available for adjusting

I use the Gimp under Linux, but it is also available under Windows. See

www.gimp.org, and follow the link to the Windows version.

Gimp doesn't have all the bells and whistles for modifying perpsective
that Photoshop CS2 has, but it has the basic tools you need.

Wouldn't this be a bit of an overkill for such a small task ?
Photfiltre can also do this:

The the GIMP,
http://http://www.gimp.org/ . Despite the dodgy looking URL
and suspect name it is fine. It runs under a number of platforms, for
windows you will need to download an additional package first but the
website will tell you and its all quite simple.

Look under tools - transform tools - perspective when you have load in a
file.

This may have changed a bit as there has been a new version out lately.

I think Irfanview might do it as well.
