canon eos 3000 instructions A-DEP mode?
 

I've just bought a second hand EOS 3000 for my 9yr old son. Does anyone know
where I can download a manual?..... or explain the A-DEP function on the
program dial on this model?..... I found some articles on the function on
other canon models but the way it works appears to differ from model to
model!
