Well, there seem to be at least two people named "George Preddy" in
the U.S.: one living in Texas and about 63 years old, and one in North
Carolina and about 75 years old. Wait, there seems to be (or to have
been another Texan, but he would be about 104.

Of course, there's no indication that this particular annoying person
ever used his/her real name.
