Best software for image enhancement?
1. Noise/grain reduction.
2. Bringing out detail in dark/shadow/under-exposed areas. 3. Upsizing (increasing resolution). 4. Improving fuzzy or badly focussed images. Basically I am asking if there is anything better than Neatimage, Focus Magic and Genuine fractals. I'm looking at improving photoscans as well as digiphotos |

I don't know about the other 3 for which I use what's built into my
editing programs, Helicon Filter and Photo-Brush, but for "2. Bringing out detail in dark/shadow/under-exposed areas." I've heard about an obscure program that might be able to do some of this
stuff. I think its called Photostore, Photomart, Photoshop or something like that. If you search the web you might be able to find out more about it. |
