Problem with HP M22
I hope I'm posting in the right place for this enquiry.
I have an HP Photosmart M22 and despite using rechargeable 2000 mAh batteres will not take photos and displays the following message: "Batteries are too low to take pictures". Using the HP supplied 1300 mAh batteries I get: "BATTERIES DEPLETED. Camera is shutting down." Anyone any ideas please? -- Neil "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind." - Dr. Seuss |

According to the nice HP lady in India, and as per an article I spotted on the web somewhere, the camera requires a firmware upgrade. As per the same article, this upgrade requires that you have an additional memory card for the camera. However, after telling the nice HP lady in India that I didn't have a memory card she took my name and address and is sending me a replacement camera this week!!! -- Neil "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind." - Dr. Seuss |
