WTB: Rapid Omega 200 120 back, 58 or 60 mm lens

I'm looking for a 120 back for a Rapid Omega 200. I want the one with
the removable magazine housing which works on the Rapid Omega M and
Rapid Omega 200. Also the 58 or 60 mm wide angle lens (Hexanon or Super
Omegon) and the wide angle viewfinder.
