$25 in mail from georgia, usa to calif, usa
to: ku klux klan *from: ku klux klan it was
bought at a post office in georgia, usa
10-07 and mail from GA 4-5-08

I don't have anything to do
with the ku klux klan.

Return it to the Post Office. The $25 is not worth fraudulently
cashing it or trying to make a statement for or against the
organization.

Actually the law says otherwise. It is a gift, and he can cash it if
he wants. Personally, I'd bet it is a counterfit that someone sends
out to cause trouble.

If the original purchaser does a trace to find out what happened to
it, the USPS can return the money to him or track whoever cashed it.

Keeping it and never doing anythign with it will be better. Then the
post office won't be eager to pay him without an excessively long
waiting period!

That sais...

What "law" says that a misdirected money order is a "gift" to the
person who received it?
