Are there any digital cameras that print the date on the front or back of
the picture? Price range from $200.00 to $350.00, like a Point and Shoot
class of camera.

if you are talking about film cameras - yes most of them will -- goto a
good camera store - not wal-mart and ask them questions.

Most digicams can be set to put the date+time on the image.
Just ask if the camera can do "date imprinting".
When you buy the camera, just don't forget to set the date and time ;-)
