When presented such an image highlights are the last thing I think
about when hearing the word "blown."

The thing to do is PS out all the BG to dead white, then it looks like
it was done on purpose. At that point the problem is her right shoulder
but a talented PSer could probably fix that.

Your firewall is being over-protective. It's not any more salacious a
view than that of the women's beach vollyball contestants at the
Olympics on TV.


It is much like an overbearing grandmother.
